Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on every order, to every country we serve. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. It can take 2–5 days for tracking to begin updating — that's normal and doesn't mean the parcel is lost.
Why our delivery takes longer than a marketplace
We ship directly from partner warehouses rather than holding stock in a local depot. That keeps our prices well below retail on comparable products. The trade-off is time. We'd rather tell you upfront than hide it in the small print.
Customs and import duties
EU customers: VAT is included in the price shown. Nothing further to pay on delivery.
Outside the EU: Your country may charge import duty or sales tax on arrival. These are set by your government, collected by the carrier, and are not included in our prices. Thresholds vary by country — check your local customs allowance if you're unsure.
Split deliveries
Orders with several items sometimes arrive in separate parcels on different days, at no extra cost to you. If one parcel arrives and another doesn't within a week, contact us.
Wrong address
Check your address carefully before ordering. Email us within 12 hours if you spot a mistake and we'll correct it before dispatch. Once shipped, an address can't be changed.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived 10 business days after the maximum estimate above, contact us with your order number. We'll trace it and either resend or refund in full.
