Free shipping on all orders over €35 within the EU. Orders under €35: flat rate €3.99.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. All orders ship with tracking — you'll receive a tracking number by email once dispatched.
Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of the expected delivery date, contact us at support@neatdesk.shop with your order number. We'll investigate and either resend or issue a full refund.
Customs & Import Duties
All orders are fulfilled from within the EU. No customs duties apply for EU deliveries. Switzerland and other non-EU countries may be subject to local import fees — these are the customer's responsibility.
