Questions we get asked

How deep can I take it?

It's designed for surface swimming and shallow snorkelling. Deeper diving puts pressure on the seal — we don't recommend it.

Do Face ID and fingerprint work?

Face ID generally works through the clear film. Fingerprint sensors do not — set a PIN before you seal it.

Will my photos look blurry?

Keep the back panel flat against the lens and clean. Underwater shots lose some sharpness — that's physics, not the pouch.

Does it fit a phone in a case?

Slim cases yes. Thick rugged cases won't fit — take the phone out.

Always test the seal with a folded tissue inside before each water use. We can't cover water damage to a device sealed incorrectly.
