Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time
As our products are shipped from international warehouses, please allow for the following estimated delivery times after processing:
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- United States / Canada: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–25 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance procedures, carrier delays, or high demand periods (e.g. holidays).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your country may charge customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Multiple Items
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses and could arrive at different times. This is normal and does not mean part of your order was lost.
Lost or Delayed Packages

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
